Chad Konchak is the director of clinical analytics at NorthShore University HealthSystem in Evanston, Ill. He oversees the team responsible for NorthShore’s clinical reporting, analysis and predictive modeling efforts, which focus on leveraging and delivering data and actionable insights that improve the quality of care and identify variations in clinical practice.  Mr. Konchak and his team developed an analytical system that identifies patients with undiagnosed hypertension using algorithms developed from clinical data that are delivered via real-time clinical decision support.
